Director Medior In-house

Studio Beng Beng is a creative agency creating bold brand work through strategy, design, content and campaigns. We work with an in-house creative team and believe great ideas only come to life through smart, pragmatic execution. That is why we are looking for a medior Director to join us in-house. Someone who brings structure to creativity and knows how to get the best result within clear budgets and frameworks. You are a solution oriented director who feels comfortable thinking along in concept, production and post production and who thrives in close collaboration with creatives, producers and clients.

What you'll do

• Direct branded content, campaign films and social productions from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with our in-house creative team on concepting, treatments and visual direction.
• Translate creative ideas into strong visual executions within budget, scope and timelines.
• Create and manage shooting schedules and collaborate on production planning.
• Think in solutions that are creatively strong, practically feasible and production aware.
• Collaborate closely with post production on editing, pacing, finishing and delivery.
• Lead sets calmly and clearly, aligning crew, talent and stakeholders.
• Adapt your directing style to different brands, formats and audiences.
• Safeguard creative quality without losing sight of deadlines and costs.

You bring

• Medior level experience as a director in branded content, campaign or commercial work.
• A pragmatic and hands on mindset with strong understanding of production realities.
• Experience working within budgets, schedules and clear creative frameworks.
• The ability to switch between different visual styles depending on client and platform.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English spoken and written.
• A collaborative and ego free attitude. You are a true team player.
• A portfolio or showreel that shows versatility, craft and storytelling.
