Online Community Manager
As an Online Community Manager, you represent our clients’ brands in the social space. You engage with their audiences by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions; keeping conversations flowing and communities active.

What you’ll be doing, among other things:

  • Reply to comments, DMs, and tags across social channels.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Keep an eye on community sentiment and flag insights to the team.
  • Support the content team by helping maintain consistent engagement.
  • Work independently, but in close contact with the brand’s creative and strategy team.

About you:

  • You’re quick, sharp, and comfortable speaking in different brand tones.
  • You enjoy engaging with online communities and know how to keep the vibe right.
  • You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • You’re available for at least 3 hours per week.
