Medior/Senior Project Manager

Studio Beng Beng is a creative agency building bold brands through strategy, design, content and campaigns. We work with ambitious clients who want work that stands out and actually works. To keep our projects sharp, structured and human, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You are the person who brings clarity to complexity. You keep projects moving, teams aligned and clients confident without killing the creative energy.

What you’ll do

  • Own projects end-to-end: from briefing and scoping to planning, execution, delivery and evaluation.
  • Translate creative ideas into clear timelines, budgets and actionable plans.
  • Safeguard quality, deadlines and scope. You spot risks early and act before things derail.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: strategy, design, content, social, and external partners.
  • Act as day-to-day client lead: expectation management, clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Keep workflows tight: briefing, production, feedback, approvals and delivery.
  • Maintain overview across multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail.

You bring

  • 3–6+ years of experience as a project manager or account/project lead at a creative or marketing agency.
  • Strong organisational skills and a natural sense of ownership.
  • Experience working with creative teams and understanding how creative processes actually work.
  • Confidence in managing timelines, budgets and stakeholders. Calmly, clearly and constructively.
  • Fluency in Dutch and professional English (spoken & written).
  • A pragmatic mindset: structured where needed, flexible where it helps.
