Campaign
Our first employer branding campaign for DJI. We created four social-first OLVs to attract new Forensic care professionals to youth detention centers.
Together with SteamTalmark and Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, we filmed inside a real detention center: a humbling experience that shaped both the work and our perspective. Creatively, we looked beyond behavior to the motivations beneath it. Through design and animation, we visualized the emotions, traumas, and unspoken thoughts behind outbursts, showing that reactions are never just what they seem.
Our young actors delivered powerful, restrained performances, while the openness of the DJI team gave us rare insight into the reality of forensic youth care. This enabled us to combine fiction and reality to clearly and effectively reach future Forensic care professionals.
